A1 First Aid Supplies Pty Ltd was established 14 years ago to provide a specialist first aid advisory service to local businesses - to ensure they were covered to Workplace Health & Safety Standards for their first aid requirements, including any additional risk factors that may be present due to the nature of the business.

First aid requirements have come a long way in the last 10 years - with stricter enforcements of the First Aid Code of Practice and also external regular audits being conducted on companies regarding safety and risk assessment.

Although a National Standard (Harmonisation Laws) for First Aid has been finalised, approved and recommended for all states to implement, these regulations have not been passed by Queensland Parliament as yet (Feb 2013).

A1 First Aid Supplies strives to provide the best customer service by:

• Advising on Risk Assessment requirements for the First Aid Kit/s for the workplace (Keep in mind it is the company's own responsibility to provide an 'official' Risk Assessment for liability purposes)

• Advising on Product Usage

• Cleaning & tidying the kit, reorganising items so they can be found easily when necessary

• Attending to call outs promptly

A1 First Aid Supplies Pty Ltd has also come a long way in 14 years:

• All our kits are approved by TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration)

• We regularly service kits on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and northern New South Wales

• We are currently members of 'Industry Search',  Small Business HQ and quite a few other advertising schemes, not willing to commit to only a few................

• We have lifted our profile with radio advertising in the last several years - Our most recent sponsorship of the 4KQ Classic Hits Daytime News Segment was January & February 2011.

• We were a Finalist in the Wynnum Herald Business Achievers Awards 2010 for the Specialist Retail & Services category. We thank all our customers and suppliers for supporting us. We enjoyed taking part in the Business Achievers Awards and recommend other companies to strive to do the same.

• Our current marketing strategy involves 'just being out there - in the field' trying to pick up 'New Business' (of course), however we realise that some 'opposition companies' are not providing the service that they previously supplied, so if you find your First Aid Kits 'wanting' please give us a call - 1800 178 243
