Our Kit Servicing Process
Your representative will quote on your kit/s and products using a quote sheet based on the Workplace Health and Safety requirements listed in your Workplace Health and Safety Journal. Once you approve and sign off on the purchase, you'll be invoiced and provided with the first aid supplies you need for your business.
Your Custom Kit
Once you have decided on the best products for your needs, we pick the stock from our vehicle, empty the kit, clean it, and restock it to make it easy to find things if an accident should occur. We replace any damaged First Aid stickers and warning labels, and if necessary, we can fit a Certificate to show when and how often the Kit is serviced.
Replenishing & Replacing First Aid Items
With A1 First Aid Supplies, you can count on hassle-free replenishment of first aid items. We offer free call-outs to assess your needs and restock or replace your supplies. You'll receive a competitively priced invoice only for the products you need, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.
Custom Frequency
We understand that some businesses need their supplies replenished more often than others, so we'll cater our service to your needs. You can contact us as needed, or if you require regular servicing, we can put you into our customer tracking system on our computer. You will be called on as often as you request at no calling cost.
If you wish, we can do a Workplace Risk Assessment free of charge. We have no service charge, minimum purchase price, or delivery charge, and you or your responsible person tell us what to do.
