Our Kit Servicing Process
Your representative will update your first aid kit/s based upon the Workplace Health and Safety Qld Government First Aid Code of Practice. Once you approve and sign off on the purchase, you'll be invoiced and provided with the first aid supplies you need for your business.
Your Custom Kit
Once you have decided on the best products for your needs, we pick the stock from our vehicle, empty the kit, clean it, and restock it to make it easy to find things if an accident should occur. We replace any damaged First Aid stickers and warning labels, and if necessary, we can fit a Compliance Certificate to show when and how often the Kit is serviced.
Replenishing & Replacing First Aid Items
With A1 First Aid Supplies, you can count on hassle-free replenishment of first aid items. We offer Kit Servicing On-Site to assess your needs and restock/replace your supplies. You'll receive a competitively priced invoice only for the products you need, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.
Custom Frequency
We understand that some businesses need their supplies replenished more often than others, so we'll cater our service to your needs. You can contact us as needed and in between scheduled visits if needed.
In the circumstance that your Quality Assurance System or other determines that you require more frequent servicing than we can provide appropriately on our usual charges for stock only, we may need to charge a Customer Compliance Fee to cover our expenses and time if no stocks are required.
